Favorite Shampoo

Dear Lush,
Thank you for having such AMAZING solid shampoos.
It could be a bit pricey for some of us, but I have the sample size of the solid shampoo and it is lasting for a very very long time! They retail for 9.95 I believe, but it's well worth it.
KARMA KOMBA, I LOVE YOU!!

Strivectin, I love you!

Yes, I've decided to splurge on a product that I definitely wouldn't go looking for at the mall. I went to Sephora and tried this product on my hands and neck to see if it would give me an allergic reaction & oh my goodness! It gave such a silky smooth finish to my skin I fell in love and bought it. Now the only bad news for me on this product is that it was around $60, which is very pricey, even for me. I do admit, that my money was put to great use. It sinks into your skin quickly without leaving that oily feel to your skin as other products do, but it does give intense moisture. I have oily skin, EXTREMELY oily skin and it works great on me.
Strivectin, I love you!

New Favorite Bar!

I've just discovered these bars and I am IN LOVE with them! They make my tummy smile, they're called Bora Bora bars! I believe there's three different types of bars and a bunch of different flavors. Anyways, I've only tried one of the flavors and it's the Blueberry Flax Antioxidant Bar. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
I will try to post more random blogs soon! Love you all and see you all again soon!

Collective Haul!

Hey! I basically went to the mall today and bought a couple things at MAC, Forever, Nordstrom, and Metropark. Here are some pictures to get a better view of what they look like incase my video had bad lighting. ENjoy :]

The 4 eyeshadows on the top row is what I had purchased.

From left to right: "Club","Paradisco","Coppering","Expresso"

These cute stud earrings are from Nordstrom and they were on sale for just $2.90 a pair!

These two necklaces are also from Nordstrom and they also were on sale for $2.90 each.

The rest were just tops from Forever and Metropark haha sorry Pono is in the picture :p

That's about it! I hope you all are having a great summer :]

Back To School Simple Eye

This is a really really quick simple eye look using MAC eyeshadows. This is a great look for back to school (middle school-college). You don't want to wear anything heavy on your face especially on your first day of school. I hope this look helps you all and this is what it looks like :]

The products I use are listed below:

Elf cream liner in Coffee and NYX eyeshadow base in White

On the face I use covergirl trublend minerals in 435 (bronzer) and 425 (pink blush)

The Eyes:
All over lid: MAC "Jest"
Crease: MAC "Brown Down"
Highlight: MAC "Dazzlelight"

I hope this look was helpful!

got2b must have :]

I've found my new true love for my hair :]
The got2b smoothing lustre lotion is a good drugstore dupe for the Chi silk infusion and the Biosilk silk therapy lotion.
It's also much more cheaper that the two.
I believe it retails for around 5-6 dollars at CVS, but got2b products do go on sale often at CVS so just be patient :].

How to Use:
With damp hair or dry hair, use 1-2 pumps and apply to your hair.
Try to avoid applying it towards your roots since it might make your hair look oily. I realized that applying it to DRY hair works BETTER than applying it to damp hair.

What it Does:
This smooth operator helps to get rid of all your frizzys (it really does!). It also helps to give your hair a nice healthy shine and really makes your hair feel extremely silky and nice.
It also has UV protection which is a plus during the summer time :]
I believe it also works as a heat protectant also.

This product is a must have!!!!! :]]]]

Smokey Eye Tutorial

So I just posted a video on YouTube on how to do a
really simple & subtle smokey eye. Only one eyeshadow was used to create the smokey eye and of course another shadow for the highlight and lower lash line.
It's really really easy, & is completely fail proof.
This is a really good look for beginners who really want to try doing a smokey eye.
Don't limit yourself to just a black shadow also, you can have a more everyday smokey eye by just using a brown instead of a black, or you could even try using two shadows instead of one (using black on lid and using a light brown in crease to smoke it out).
I hope you guys try this look out, and have fun with it :]

Products Used:
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Elf Shadow Brush
Elf Blending Brush
Coastal Scents Blending Brush
Coastal Scents Pencil Brush
Urban Decay Shadow in Perversion
Stila Trio in Bronze Glow

So this is what the finished look is going to look like

Steps:
1. Prime lid
2. Apply black shadow on lid (how high up you want to go depends on how dramatic you want your look to be)
3. Get your blending brush and just blend the oute
r edge up (this is going to create the smokey look)
4. Get a light shadow and highlight under your brow
5. Get a soft brown shadow and apply it on your lower lid
6. Apply mascara!
